The Internal Audit department provides quarterly updates to the Audit Committee regarding the execution of the audit plan, including findings on internal control deficiencies and abnormal conditions, as well as the improvements made. The department also responds to questions raised by independent directors and implements improvements as instructed.

Monthly, the completed audit reports for the previous month are submitted to the independent directors. Any questions or instructions from the independent directors are addressed through phone calls, emails, or in-person discussions.
