Bora Pharmaceuticals provides a comprehensive benefits system that takes care of employees in all aspects. These include setting up lactation rooms within the company, providing statutory maternity leave, prenatal check-up leave, paternity leave, parental leave, and menstrual leave. In 2019, Bora Pharmaceuticals received the HR Asia Taiwan Best Employer Award, being recognized as one of the best employers in Asia. In 2024, Bora Pharmaceuticals was recognized as one of the best employers in Asia (Winner of 2024 “The HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia Awards”) again and we also got “HR Asia Most Caring Company Awards 2024”,At the same time, through the vertically integrated pharmaceutical value chain from research and development to manufacturing and distribution, the company continues to enhance employees‘ professional skills and provide nutrients for individual development. Each plant holds labor-management meetings four times and above a year, with labor and management representatives from each plant participating (the number of representatives varies by plant). The labor representatives are elected by employees, while the management representatives are appointed by the company, to listen to and understand the employees’ voices.
Senior leadership also held the Townhall meeting by quarter, to provide the update for company’s business performance and strategy, also understand the employees’ voices.
Bora Pharmaceuticals provides effective and appropriate grievance mechanisms for workplace bullying, discrimination, unfair treatment, sexual harassment and other wrongful conduct, etc., and will setup a internal investigation committee to do the investigation and implement the discipline actions base one the situation of misconduct.
