Bora Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. (“Bora” or “the Company”, TWSE: 6472; OTCQX: BORAY), a global leader in pharmaceutical manufacturing, today announced that it has been recognized as one of TIME’s “World’s Most Impactful Companies 2026.” The list spans industries from technology and energy to finance and healthcare, with honorees in the healthcare sector including Moderna, Pfizer and Novo Nordisk.

Twelve Taiwanese companies were selected this year, with Bora topping the second pharmaceutical-related name among them. The recognition reflects Bora’s ongoing commitment to strengthening patient access to medicines, reinforcing supply chain resilience, and expanding its healthcare impact worldwide through an integrated pharmaceutical platform and sustainability-driven growth strategy.

The “World’s Most Impactful Companies 2026” ranking is jointly presented by TIME and market research firm Statista. The evaluation recognizes companies that successfully balance business growth with positive social impact. Assessment criteria include measurable impact on health, the environment, and social value, alongside financial performance and how effectively a company addresses major global challenges through its core business.

Guided by its mission, “Contributing to Better Health All Over the World,” Bora Group enhances patient access to high-quality medicines through its integrated CDMO platform. The Group has been expanding its manufacturing footprint and biologics capabilities across North America, recently completing the acquisition of MacroGenics’ GMP operations business. Bora now operates 11 manufacturing sites worldwide, reinforcing its biologics capacity and supply chain resilience.

To further strengthen patient access across its global platform, Bora’s U.S. subsidiary Upsher‑Smith continues to expand its Promise of Support® Program, which provides medication resources and patient services that help reduce barriers to treatment. With more than a century of U.S. pharmaceutical heritage and a commercial portfolio spanning generics and therapies for complex and rare conditions, Upsher‑Smith enhances Bora’s ability to deliver reliable, high‑quality medicines and sustained support to the patients who depend on them.
