Morgan Healthcare Conference on Thursday, January 15, 2026, from 10:00 – 10:40 am PT at the Westin St. Francis Hotel in San Francisco. There will be an audio-only recording link that can be viewed on Bora’s Investor Relations website for up to 30 days following the event.
This marks the Company’s first U.S. investor-facing engagement since the Board approved the issuance of Level-1 American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) in October, enabling Bora’s outstanding common shares to be traded on the U.S. over-the-counter (OTC) market. Chairman Bobby Sheng will present the Company’s latest business updates and outline Bora’s long-term growth strategy.
